What should I do as a new friend of God?

This is the beginning of your wonderful new relationship with Jesus Christ. To deepen your relationship with Christ:

  • Read the answers to the other questions on this website if you have not already done so.
  • Read your Bible every day to get to know Jesus Christ better.
  • Talk to God in prayer every day.
  • Be guided by the Holy Spirit.
  • Tell others about Jesus.
  • Share your new life by your love and concern for others.
  • Find another Christian or two with whom you can pray and tell about your successes and failures.
  • Worship and serve with other Christians in a church where Jesus is taught as the risen Son of God and the Bible is trusted as reliable.
